Attached is a pro-forma submission which will allow you to voice generalised
concerns.  However, we recommend you creating your own submission if you
have the time.

Some examples of the issues:

Dust Map models/maps not done on the current mine plan

Noise map models not done on the current mine plan

Inconsistencies in the documentation between the MLP and the appendices

Lack of Gulf St Vincent impact studies

No contingency plan for spillage of copper concentrate in the gulf.

Water table and the dewatering of the pit.  Only a model.  They only have
data to 205m depth

Contamination of the water aquifers

Is 200 PPM of uranium a safe level when the new standard is going to be 80
ppm.  Will that be a safe level ?

The rehabilitation plan is not existent. Demand that the land be returned to
viable and useful farming land.
