YPLOG has recently discovered that our submission re. the Hillside Mining
Lease Proposal forwarded to Government as part of the public consultation
process was incorrectly loaded onto the DMITRE website.
What appeared under our name was a power point presentation given to the
Minister for Mineral Resources and Energy when members of the YPLOG
Committee met with him in early November 2013.
Although we have no objection to this document being made available to the
wider public, this was not the detailed submission prepared by our group.
DMITRE have apologized for the mistake and have now uploaded the correct
submission under YPLOG’s name.
For your information, attached is the correct, formal submission from YPLOG
sent to DMITRE as part of the public consultation process.
